about

Toto were an American rock band founded in 1977 by some of the most popular and experienced session musicians of that era.

The band enjoyed great commercial success in the late 1970's and 1980s, beginning with the band's self-titled debut release in 1978.

With the release of 1982's critically acclaimed and commercially successful Toto IV, Toto became one of the best-selling music groups of their era.

They are best known for the Top 5 hits "Hold the Line," "Rosanna," and "Africa." Georgy Porgy released in 79 at the height of disco fever and before they drifted in to soft rock and power ballad territories was one of their earlier releases and one of the most underground successes.

This re-edit focuses on the sublime vocals of Bobby Kimball and reduces the nursery rhyme element of it. Hope you enjoy it.
